1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the websites, programs, and offers owned by Awareness LLC (dba Theme Page Insiders). By using our site, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of services
Use our materials only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our trainings, videos, or proprietary content without written permission. You also agree not to make misleading claims, impersonate our brand, or use our systems for spam, fraud, or unlawful marketing.
3. Payments, refunds, and chargebacks
Purchases are processed through secure third parties such as Stripe or GoHighLevel. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all payments are non-refundable. If a refund policy applies to a product, it is shown clearly on the checkout page. Before filing a chargeback or dispute, contact support@themepageinsiders.com so we can resolve it. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
4. Communications consent
By giving us your contact information you consent to transactional and promotional SMS and email from Awareness LLC. Message frequency varies and standard rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out of texts or click “Unsubscribe” in any email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
5. Intellectual property
All content, programs, strategies, videos, and branding materials are the property of Awareness LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of them without written consent.
6. Earnings disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results or earnings. Any income or performance examples are illustrative only. Results depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own results.

8. Coaching and no professional advice
